Thanks for the free read.
You’re welcome, and thanks for taking the time to comment to help fund the National Domestic Violence Hotline.
Thanks for “Model Behavior. I wish you success with your first release in November 2010
Thanks for the well wishes!
I like it! It was good read.
Hi Cinquetta,
Thanks for visiting again. I appreciate the positive comment.
Delaney,
I enjoyed reading Model Behavior. It was truly uplifting that a former model would devote her time, money and efforts in supporting abused women. Great story. Look forward to reading more from in the near future.
Thank you, Candace. My heart is in writing romance, but every now and again I like to bring attention to important issues like this one. I’m so glad you liked the story.
What a pleasant surprise. To me, the model behavior is synonomous to Max and the way he expressed his love for Sandrine and loving her the way she deserved to be loved. I live in Atlanta and if they ever break up; well, Max I am available (smile). This was really great to read and we all love a happy ending. Smooches
You’re right about Max’s behavior. I think I fell in love with him a little while I was writing this story (LOL). I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Hey Lady,
Awesome story you have here, very powerful! I’m definitely looking forward to this, and will be sure to check out your other titles too!
Take care sweetie, and best of luck in all you do!
ck
Thanks, Charisma. That’s a great compliment coming from someone who has written as much as you have. Thanks for stopping by!
I really loved this story and particularly how sensitively you handled the issue of DV. Looking forward to your next book.
Janet

I liked Not Too Late. It was very sweet, and I hope you develop it into a longer story. I would like to know how their relationship ends up.
Thanks, JCat. I may do that at a later time, but I’m glad you liked the story. Thanks for stopping by!
I enjoyed both short stories. ‘Not to Late’ should be developed into a longer piece. Will enjoy reading your future work.
I just finished reading Not Too Late. So good but so short. lol Are you going to write more? I would love to know what happens between Morgan and Rodrigo.
Box5angel, that seems to be the consensus: too short. Lol. I like the characters, so yes, I’ll write a longer story about them. I don’t know which direction to take them in yet, so it’ll be awhile.
If you’re looking for a sweet interracial, I do have one that I submitted to a publisher. There’s been a little interest, but no final word on whether or not they’ll buy it. We’ll see. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for good news.
In the meantime, keep checking back. As soon as I know, I’ll post the news on my blog and Facebook page.
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving such an encouraging note!
Thanks for the post
Thank you for stopping by.
hi del,
i really enjoyed reading model behavior. it was really good. i have always wanted to write and i hope i can do that some day. keep it up cos u r really encouraging me.
Glad to hear you enjoyed Model Behavior. I hope you get to pursue writing one day. I tell you, once you start, it becomes addictive because you come up with more and more ideas. Continue to read (it helps your writing and sprouts ideas) and get some good reference books in your writing library if you haven’t already. Plot & Structure by James Scott Bell is one I highly recommend.
Hi there,
I came across your website earlier today, just by chance. Then I happened to join goodreads.com, and I saw you had posted on one of the discussions. So I decided to come to your website again and check your work out.
I enjoyed reading Not Too Late and loved the chemistry between Morgan and Rodrigo.
I look forward to reading more from you, and thanks for the free read!
Hello Liz,
You’re welcome! I’m so glad you decided to come back and checked out my work. One day I may expand on Morgan and Rodrigo’s story. I’ve had several readers suggest that I should.
I look forward to interacting with you in the future–either on my site or on Goodreads.
Loved Temptation of a Good Man
Hello Margaret. Thank you for coming by and letting me know! I hope to have the second book in the series completed by year’s end.
I’m really impressed together with your writing talents and also with the structure for your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it’s uncommon to see a great blog like this one today..
Thank you for the very nice compliment. It’s one of the free themes that I tweaked a little.
These short stories, More Than a Lover, Not too Late and Model Behavior, were good. But then Delaney Diamond is a great story teller.
Thank you, Jackie!!
All of your short stories are wonderful and would love to read about The Hawthorne Book series, but I love to collect books and you have them on Kindle. Is there any chance in the future your stories will be printed out in books or has it already been done? If so, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
Thanks!
Yes, I do plan to put the stories in print, but not for awhile. The fourth and final installment won’t be available until next year, and then I’ll put together an anthology-type print edition with all the stories in one book. It’s a ways off, but I do plan to do it.
Thanks for asking!
